We found Equity Wise online, so far things have been running very smoothly. We had an initial consultation with one of the directors and are now in the capable hands of one of their property managers. They've made it easy to organise inspections and all the items to be completed before tenancy. They have also been very patient, answering all of our questions and accommodating our requests. I am a current tenant. The team have been amazing from communicating about viewings to handling move in hiccups. They were thoughtful and thorough with the pre rental inspection. Photos of everything and honest.. The team are super helpful with enquires and quick with handling issues/repairs etc (not that you could have many after the move in as they are all over the maintenance and upkeep and repairs). I’ve founded that they look out for both the tenant and the owner in all they do. I am so glad to have an agency this amazing looking after us as tenants.
